Hello, we are looking to find a Female (preferably student or young professional) to take over a previous tenants lease. We are all clean (3 females) in our private and common spaces. Looking for someone who is a good housemate willing to clean up after themselves so we maintain our cleanly environment. For the most part everything other than the room is furnished but you are more than welcome to bring personal furniture for common spaces as long as there is space for them.
