Super Cute Townhouse in La Verne Close to Downtown

Seeking a roommate that is a business professional or a college student that is easy going and not into partying. The townhouse is located in a great area of La Verne and is only a half mile walk from University of La Verne and the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Great for a stroll or good food and drinks. I co own this property with a female friend who lives on site and works from home. She has a small dog so we prefer no additional pets. The house has 2 master bedrooms that are upstairs and the one for rent is the larger of the 2. It has a private bathroom that was recently remodeled and super cute. There is a half bathroom downstairs. You will have the parking space in the garage as long as your car fits inside. If it doesn't you will have to get a parking pass from the City of La Verne that is about $100 for the year. The person who lives on site is easy going and passive. The expectation is to maintain a clean space, be respectful, and no excessive noise. She works early in the morning and is not a loud person. The house is pretty much furnished with the exception of the bedroom you will be renting. All utilities and WIFI are included in the cost. The WIFI we have supports being able to work or school from home. No cats, no exceptions.
