Private Bedroom for rent w/ shared bath

The 4-bedroom-2-bath home is situated in a friendly neighbor cu de sac about 10 minutes away from Cal Poly Pomona or 8 minutes away from Mt Sac College and 5 minutes from the SR-60 Freeway. It is located near Nogales road in the city limit of Rowland Heights, West Covina, City of Industry, and La Puente.

Rental agreement requires a deposit (one month rental cost) + first month rental cost. Utilities such as water/gas/electricity and Wifi are included with rent.

The current 3 occupants (2 female, 1 male) are all working adults and some are currently on work at home schedules. We share the use of the common area such as the living room and kitchen . We like to maintain the general cleanliness and very considerate of each other's space.

General house rules:

- No outdoor shoes inside the house. Indoor slippers welcome (keeping the floors & area clean)
- Overnight guest are welcome but no long term stay.
- Be clean and considerate. (dishes/kitchen utensils in general)
