Room available for rent

We are an all female house with a capacity for 5 residence, looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces/others, and affirming of differing gender identities and sexualities. We would prefer to have someone who would fit with our quieter household who does not smoke or use heavy substances. Targeted move in: 1st of July

The room: Private Bedroom, Bathroom is shared with 2 other people

House Amenities: All residents have access to a washer, dryer, fridge/freezer, full kitchen, and backyard

Parking: The house is located in a neighborhood with free street parking, as well as a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars

Location: 3-5 minute drive from Biola, Albertsons, Stereoscope, Hannam Chain Super Market, 10-15 minute drive from Trader Joe's, Target, and Costco

Rent/utilities: The lease is flexible (month to month). Rent is $640/month, and utilities range from approximately $40-70 a month

Additional note: There are 2 cats in the house, they are very friendly! Unfortunately, we are not capable of having any other pets join us.
