I’m renting out a private room in a clean and cozy three-bedroom house.

The biggest advantage is that you’ll have your own large private bathroom and toilet, which are not shared.

The house includes a shared kitchen and common areas, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and an outdoor storage shed.

You’ll also have access to a computer or workspace area in the third room, which is my workshop.

We live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with very kind neighbors. Sometimes we even get together for tea, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I really value cleanliness and a calm, respectful living environment, so keeping shared spaces clean is very important to me.

I’m ideally looking for a female roommate or someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, friendly, and easy to live with.

Pets are welcome, but a pet deposit is required.
