Great light and breeze during the summer. EXCELLENT manager on site. Small gym and great courtyard. Friendly neighbors. Easy going roommate who is a working entertainment professional. An adorable big pup lives here so the apartment is clean but this is not a spot for Type A or super neat freaks. The last roommate and I shared cooking/cleaning duties without a schedule, split groceries. You can do your own thing or Im open to that type of situation too.

Im looking for a 30s-40s roommate in Central Koreatown who is comfortable with a big dog in the house. A responsible person who is looking for an engaging and fun housing situation is the best fit. Youre welcome to bring any furniture, add to the living spacekitchen or just use whats here. This is your home too. Room has AC unit. New double pane windows. Big Closet. Walking distance to literally everything. Ktown has 300+ restaurants in 3 square miles and there are 5 supermarkets within a few blocks of the apartment. Quiet residential offshoot, safe to walk home at night. Near all major bus lines and the Metro.

Room will not be furnished but roommate that is leaving can give you a good deal on bed/desk etc if needed. Will be empty and clean if not.
