I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a really unique 1938 French Eclectic/Normandy-style townhouse near 5th & Catalina.
The room is huge, upstairs, and feels almost like its own little apartment. It has tons of natural light, a private full bathroom + separate vanity, a huge closet, and best of all, a private outdoor deck that gets great sun and sunsets. AC in the room as well.
The house has lots of old LA character — stained glass, wrought iron details, turret-style architecture — plus a cozy kitchen, laundry, and a living room full of books.

You’d be sharing the house with two quiet, respectful professional men — an artist/lawyer and a filmmaker. Looking for someone clean, easygoing, and considerate who wants a peaceful home.
Great location — walkable to Vons, Ralphs, restaurants, and everything Koreatown has to offer.
