My name is MJ.

I want to save money for school by moving into a 2BR and splitting rent with someone. I'm 30, a teacher, into anime, basketball, and live music. I'm quiet but sometimes go out during the weekends so might come home late. I'm communicative and respectful and looking for a roommate that's the same.

This apartment is located in the middle of Koreatown. A bunch of restaurants and shops are nearby. It's a new building (less than 15 y/o) with a responsive maintenance team.

2BRs have in unit W/D, individual bathrooms, stove, oven, dishwasher, and living room just like the 1BRs. Spaces are approximately 1000 sq ft. It's located in the middle of Koreatown with a metro stop right outside the apartment so very walkable. There's a gym, swimming pool, study rooms, and TV in the lobby. People get together to watch sports there every week. Rent would be approximately $3200/month, $1600 per person.

I've lived here 2 years and have a good relationship with management so if you're serious we have a good chance of getting approved. Since it's an in-house transfer management said we can move in any time.
