We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful historic apartment in the heart of Koreatown!

The apartment is very large - over 3,000 square feet. 6 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Hardwood floors throughout, working fireplace, a 13 ft projector tv in the living room. Our building also has a 24.7 doorman and assigned, garage parking which is a rare find in Koreatown! Only 2 blocks from Wilshire/Vermont subway. Very central location for commuting up to the studios, USC, UCLA, downtown, and the West Side.

The room we have available is large, has a private bathroom, large walk in closet, and has an assigned attached garage parking space included. There are currently 4 roommates that live there full time, and me - but I'm only there once a month now.

Internet and electricity are split 5 ways which makes it very affordable! There is also a gym in the basement, as well as a beautiful walled garden in the courtyard.

Water and gas are included.
