Private Bedroom Available in Koreatown

Hi, I have a spare bedroom available for rent in Koreatown! Terms can be short or long term, whatever you're looking for.

About the room: it's a nice sized space with plentiful closet space. There's A/C (a must with summer coming up), plus all utilities are included in the rent so run it as much as you like.

About the neighborhood: It's in Koreatown so there are lots of good restaurant options within walking distance. There's a new grocery store just a couple blocks away which has been a great addition! The metro Wilshire/Vermont station is a short walk away as well. This is even better now that the D-Line is about to open.

About me: I'm in my mid-30's and work a mix of at-home and in-office. I like cooking so there's plenty of kitchen gear to use if you ever need a pot, pan, or rice cooker. I've got a nice library of books/movies too which you're free to borrow.

Plus the unit is rent stabilized so there's a maximum annual increase of 5% (and the increases have been less than that recently!)
