Hello there! We are looking to fill 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We are both working professionals (males). I'm in my 30s and the other roomate is in his mid 20s. The current roomate living here works in the food industry and goes to school for acting. I'm currently working as a bartender/barista and am in school for graphic design. The house during the day is relatively peaceful and quiet. We are located in Koreatown, close to the downtown Los Angeles area. There are a lot of restaurants and cafe's near us. Also near several bus lines, train stations and laundromats. We are both pretty easy to get along with. The house is usually kept clean and everyone here is respectful of each other's space and privacy. We want our house to feel like a home.
