1BR w/ Ensuite Bathroom In Koreatown

A 2 BR, 2.5 Bath at the intersection of Koreatown and Little Bangladesh. My roommate is moving on to new adventures, leaving behind a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

The rent includes tandem parking in a controlled access garage, and the apartment has in-unit laundry. Our manager and maintenance team are very friendly and handle any issues in a timely fashion. We are also entitled to pool access at a property down the street that the landlord also owns!

The neighborhood is walkable, with a lively atmosphere and a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and markets. It's also ideally situated if you want to go to Silverlake, Larchmont Village, West Hollywood, Little Tokyo, and other vibrant parts of LA. Honestly, I have lived here for nearly two years, and I have yet to get tired of walking around the area and exploring.

As a roommate, I like to chat and hang out, but I also appreciate the need for quiet time. I currently work full-time out of the apartment, but I may be moving to full-time remote work. I also do freelance work as a pet sitter, and if I'm on a longer house sitting gig, you would get the apartment to yourself while I'm gone!

Now for the potentially awkward stuff! As far as guests go, due to safety issues I've experienced in past living situations, I would ask that partners do not stay over or otherwise overstay their welcome. I'm only willing to live with one person. When it comes to smoking of any kind, all I would ask that it isn't done in the apartment. It's not a judgment at all - I'm just very sensitive to the smell of weed and cigarette smoke.

I'm looking for someone who is financially stable, preferably in the LGBTQIA+ community or at least an ally to it, and who wants to help create a safe and pleasant environment. We don't have to get into politics, but I'm very much a leftist, so that's what I'm looking for in a roommate. It also helps if you're creative, as I spend a lot of my time engaging with art and performance.

The way I write makes me sound a bit cold, but I promise, I'm not this serious in person!
