Room | Craftsman House Near K-Town

My name is Matt Baker and my roommates and I are looking to fill an upstairs bedroom in our beautiful 1906 craftsman house in Harvard Heights - which is near K-Town. The room gets good light and even has it's own balcony that faces the backyard. Rent is $910 per month, and utilities usually come out to about $100 per month per person.

We are all young-ish professionals. I am 38 and work as a post production executive at a major film studio. Pat is 37 and works on TV shows as a post Supervisor. Miranda is 30 and works as a manager at Trader Joes. We're all very chill and get along great. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys the house and enjoys sharing a space with us.

The house is very big! Large kitchen, multiple living rooms, and a total of 3 bathrooms. It's a safe neighborhood and we have all been here for multiple years.
