Quiet, professional, dog friendly roommate

The property is a new build in Koreatown. One bedroom in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment is up for rent. There is a shared clean, well-maintained kitchen and living room. The bathroom situation is a private bathroom unless you have guests at which point the shared bathroom becomes a visitor bathroom as well. The third bedroom is an exercise room which has peloton equipment, weights, and Pilates equipment for your use. The apt is located on the edge of Koreatown. There is not a lot of parking however the room comes with one parking space. There is public transportation via bus and three separate train stations on the Wilshire corridor. The location is also accessible to local shops, restaurants and cafés as well as entertainment spots.
I am a mid 40s working professional (female) living in the space. I have two small dogs that are well taken care of. I am seeking a tidy, respectful and responsible individual. The ideal candidate pays rent on time and is a good communicator. My preference is that this person is busy during the week with work and does not work from home (occasionally is fine) since I mainly work from home. There’s no smoking anywhere on the property and especially not in the apartment. The rent is 2350 a month which includes utilities internet and parking.
