I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the larger room in my spacious and modern 2BR/2BA apartment at Westmore Apartments on the 7th floor in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The room comes with its own private bathroom and is available June 1st through 10/31/26, with a high chance of renewing the lease for a longer stay. Rent is $1550/month. Couples or two people sharing the room are welcome as well, but rent would be $1650/month to account for increased use of shared spaces.

📍 About the apartment & location:
Located in a secure, well-maintained building with great amenities. 20+ guest parking spots in the structure so friends can have parking easily. The unit includes an in-unit washer/dryer combo machine, and the building also has multiple industrial-sized washers and dryers in the basement laundry area. There’s also a gym available for residents. It’s walking distance to Koreatown’s best restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife.

I’m a working professional in my early 30s—laid-back, drama-free, and I value clear communication and mutual respect. I keep shared spaces clean and am looking for someone mature, dependable, and mindful of others.

My lease runs through 10/31/2026 with plans to renew. I’m open to short-term stays, but ideally looking for someone interested in a longer-term arrangement if it’s a good fit 🙂
