Bedroom in Modern Ktown Apartment!

My partner and I are looking to fill a bedroom in this 3 bed / 2.5 bath apartment in Koreatown for a 1 year lease, available now! There will be 4 people total.

This is a newer, modern apartment with in-unit laundry, large kitchen, and an open living room space. Electricity comes out to about $40 / month. Gas and internet will be covered! The bedroom has a walk-in closet and private half bathroom. The unit comes with a tandem parking spot that fits two cars. It's a great location in Koreatown and pretty central to LA. The full bathroom (shower) will be shared between the two bedrooms!

We have a small, senior dog as well! My partner and I are 30 and 28. We're clean and respectful of common spaces. While we enjoy going out and having fun from time to time, we're generally pretty chill and easy going. We also have furniture like couches, dining tables, TV, etc., so you'd just have to bring yourself and your bedroom needs!
