Studio-Sized Master Suite in K-Town – Utilities Included ($1,375)

Looking for a roommate/s (any gender) for a massive, studio-sized master bedroom in a Double Master 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at 615 S Kenmore Ave.
* Move-in Date: September 1st
* Rent: $1,375/month (All utilities included: Gas, water, electricity, high-speed internet).
* Deposit: $0 (No security deposit required).
* Parking: No parking included. Renter must arrange their own parking or rely on transit/street parking.
* Your Suite: Complete privacy with your own attached master bathroom (includes a full tub) and a huge walk-in closet.
* Building Perks: Access to on-site gym, jacuzzi, elevator, and laundry on our floor.

The living room, kitchen, and balcony are fully shared. We work 40+ hours a week, so the home is mostly a calm, quiet, and relaxing "zen" space. After work or on weekends, we are often active in the common areas—chilling, watching movies, or gaming.
The common spaces are meant to be lived in, so you should feel completely comfortable accessing the kitchen or living room while we are around. There may be normal sounds of conversation, TV, or music during these times. You are always welcome to join us for tabletop games, movies, and video games, but it is also perfectly fine if you prefer to keep to yourself in your room. No pressure to become best friends—we just ask for someone friendly, chill, and peaceful. Overnight guests are welcome, and you can use the shared TV and projector anytime.

Household Rules
* Pets: Pets are allowed, but we have a strict no dogs policy (non-negotiable). We have 2 friendly, well-behaved cats already in the home, so any incoming pet must be safe around other cats.
* Strictly Smoke-Free: No smoking of any kind is permitted in the apartment or on the balcony due to severe allergies. This includes marijuana smoke. Edibles and other recreational decriminalized substances are perfectly fine.
* Vegetarian / Pescatarian Kitchen: For lifestyle and spiritual reasons, we maintain a strictly meat-free kitchen. Cooking fish and seafood is completely fine, but there is absolutely no cooking of animal meats (beef, chicken, pork, etc.) due to a strong sensitivity to the smell.
About Us:
We are a married couple. One of us is a public school teacher and the other is a caseworker at a non-profit. Our hobbies/interests include painting, dancing, music, outdoors, reading, computer / board games, and movies.
