Located on the nd floor, Room #is a private bedroom with hardwood floors. It features a queen bed, mattress and a desk with a chair. It has windows covered by blackout drapes. Tenant shares clean, fullsize bathrooms, and kitchen.

All utilities are included in the price of rent. Cleaner cleans bathrooms and kitchen periodically but tenants responsible for maintaining cleanliness. All tenants are responsible for providing their own linens and pillows. Active renter's insurance is required for the duration of your lease.
