Private Studio in Central Location

I have a studio apartment space opening up to sublease on May 1st in my Koreatown apartment. It's a nice garden-style apartment so you would be living in what would normally be a (large) living room while I reside in the back rooms. There are entrances at the front and back so you'd have a private one straight into your room (porch is securely gated). If you are interested in any of the furniture currently pictured in the studio, my departing roommate would be happy to sell it to you; otherwise, you may furnish the space to your liking.

You would have a private half bathroom and access to the full bathroom for showering. You'd also have a detached walk-in closet. We'd share the large, open, fully-equipped kitchen (plenty of cabinet space). Washer and dryer are included in-unit. Water, sewage, and trash included in price. Electricity, gas and internet are not. Usage of one of the tandem parking spots behind the building is an additional $100/month.

Security deposit of $1050 plus first month's rent due at signing. Rent is $2100/month for a couple. No children. No pets. No smoking (including weed) in or around the premises. Vaping is permitted outside. No parties (or overly noisy activities after 10PM). No extended-stay guests or Airbnb.

About me: I work in the entertainment industry and run my own business as a videographer/photographer. I'm quiet, tidy, and personable (seeking the same). My schedule can be erratic and when it gets busy, I'm not home a lot.
