My roommate is moving out so I’m looking for a roommate asap.
The apartment is a large corner unit with two large sliding doors in the common space so there is plenty of light and airflow.
The unit has a/c, laundry-in-unit, and a full kitchen with plenty of storage. The building has 24 hour security/concierge, a gym, and courtyard just a few feet from our door.
It’s 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom unit, so there will be two roommates. It’s a shared bathroom with one of the roommates.
Utilities included: water, gas, trash.
About us: We are two hard-working professional women. We do our best to maintain a tidy household. We occasionally have guests but are respectful of each other and give each other a heads up when necessary. We are hoping for someone pet friendly who does not have more to add to the mix.
