A rental application will be required to run your credit & background ($60 fee). Must be financially secure and provide proof of income.

This place also has something that I haven’t seen anywhere else: an elevator that opens up directly to the unit.

It also has a trash chute directly in the unit, so say goodbye to dragging out trash bins.

All in all, an awesome and unique place to live - a room like this doesn’t come around often.
