If you're still looking for accommodation that's super central or trying to get out of a bad roommate situation: I'm looking for someone (male or female) to take over my lease from February - July 2026. Due to some personal reasons I had to move back home. It's a private, spacious room, fully furnished, private bathroom, in unit washer/dryer, free parking space, hot tub, and you get to live with four of the best people you'll ever meet. They are clean, respectful, and mature. The property is about a 10 minute walk to USC village which has a Trader Joe's, Target, Sephora, and other shops/restaurants.
