Hi!! My name is Maddie and my roommate and I are looking for someone to sublet a room in our apartment from March 1 to July 31 2021. We are both queer and would love a clean, quiet roommate or two to take my space when I move next month. We have two bedrooms to choose from; the larger fits two people and is $800 a month (not including utilities). The smaller room is $700 a month (not including utilities). Each has their own private bathroom. The apartment includes a dishwasher and a spacious kitchen and living room, with a 24/7 laundromat right across the street. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from the USC campus and USC village. You can also purchase furniture (bed, dresser, desk, chair, lamps, mirror, storage boxes) for an additional price when moving in. Please feel free to message me to talk more about the space!
