Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my condo. It has its own bathroom connected to the room. It is the upstairs room in a loft-style apartment with tall vaulted ceilings.
The room is furnished with a full bed frame and mattress (+ linens)- both from Zinus, a bedside table and small shelf. Closet has drawers, shelves, and hanging space.
Building has a pool, on site laundry machines, and gated garage parking. Balcony has a South facing view of planes heading to LAX.
Located off the Florence/Manchester exit of 405 - close to Starbucks, Jamba Juice and Roscoe's.
The unit has newly installed mini splits.

About me: 34 yr old female - I work in project management, in person at the office during the week. I enjoy beach walks, yoga, going to Disneyland, the color pink and DIY projects. I treat my space as my sanctuary and am looking for someone considerate and similar minded.
