Private Bedroom and Bathroom in Gated Community

Room available in gated community townhome. Rent would come with access to your own bathroom, guest bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Room comes with a bed, and nightstand but we can take these out if you have your own furniture. The gated community comes with 24/7 security, and access to 3 pools and the community center along with great walking areas throughout.

There is plenty of guest parking and you would have a designated spot in our garage. It is just me and my boyfriend living in the house. We both work from home but otherwise keep to ourselves. We are looking for 1 person to take the extra room.

The gated community is located in the heart of Inglewood's entertainment center. It is a 5 minute walk to the So-Fi Stadium, and the Kia Forum and 10minutes from the Intuit Stadium. We are a 10 minute drive to the 110, 405 and 105 freeways so very central to many locations in LA. 15 minute drive to USC so great for grad students who don't mind living a little bit off campus (fight on!).
