Currently renting a master bedroom in my 4 bedroom townhouse. Rent includes all utilities as well as an onsite washer and dryer. The other 3 tenants are working professionals, 1 works with the City of Los Angeles, 1 works in construction and is currently a part of the team working at LAX, and the last works in commercial real estate. Everyone keeps to themselves and mainly eat, relax, and chill when home. I am looking for someone that is a little more laid back when at home. The room has a higher degree of privacy when compared to the other bedrooms as it’s located in the first floor and all other bedrooms are located on the 3rd.
