Room for rent with professionals for $895/month

Room will be available to move in at the 1st or second week of April.
It is lower priced for the quality, location, 3 miles to beach, and comparable rooms in the area because I am picky with who lives here since I am looking for a quality housemate, rather than a higher price.
Housemates and I are very nice, friendly, respectful, quiet, easy to get along with, and looking to maintain zero problems at home because home is meant to be for relaxation and where someone can find peace of mind, a quiet environment with the highest standard of living, safety and security.

The house:-

In a gated/fenced-in and secured community with 5 cameras for house. Located 2 miles from LAX International Airport (North Hawthorne/ North East El Segundo) by the I-105 and I-405 intersections with easy and quick access to them. Perfect opportunity for those who work around LAX area and looking for close proximity to the beach and desired LA weather.
Looking for a more stable person for along term and NOT just a few months stay.

- Newer house from the houses in the area and the bedroom available is on the second floor
- The house has a METRO stop right behind the house, and nearby bus stops within the block
- Safe area and the house at an end of a street and one street is empty of houses, definitely a better area than most of the areas in the city for parking.

Room
- Recently renovated with a comfortable new Queen-size bed, office desk, new office chair with office carpet mat, 2 nightstand, 2 night stand lights, rug, nice reading chair, dresser w/mirror, TV Stand, and wall decorations.
- Large size closet, vaulted ceiling, recessed lights, and a big window that brings a very nice beach breeze.
- The bathroom for this room is shared with only one other person in the adjacent room. Always kept clean, and it is going through a complete luxury renovation now.

About me: I am a professional with higher education male who is very nice, personable, normal, and easy to get along with.
Clean, Organized, no parties and like peace and harmony in the house, Non-smoker, no drugs and a nonalcoholic guy
Roommates and I don't bring people home and expect the same from the new roommate( No visitors allowed).

About you: A good housemate who is mature, very respectful of my property and everything in my house.
Clean, not a messy person. someone who holds a good and a stable job or a student with solid and stable funding,
No smoking, NO DRUGS, or heavy drinking and not looking for a month to month.
No criminal history as a background check will be conducted before move in.

To move in : 1st month rent $895 + $80 = $975 (Monthly). Basic utilities (Electric+Water+ Wireless high 5G speed internet+trash+gas)
in addition to a one-month rent deposit which is returned to you when moving out if no damages happen
