Chill vibe, really great area, great building, 16 units. Walkable neighborhood. Super close to the 101. Building has attached covered tandem parking, central A/C and heat, pool, laundry in building. A great place for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff, especially kitchen stuff. Must be OK with cigarette and other smoke (I smoke outside only, but still…)😆
