🏡 Beautiful view 2br 2ba apt!

Hi! I’m looking for a clean, mature, respectful, and financially responsible roommate to share a 2br apartment in the Hollywood Hillls! The apt is close to the 101 great access to Downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood, the Valley, and more. I’ve lived in this building before and I’m excited to be back in the neighborhood!

The apt: Two Private bathrooms, hardwood floors, recessed lighting with dimmers, crown molding, ceramic tile, ceiling fans, and a gorgeous view. The building also has an elevator, three laundry rooms, and tandem parking underground.

The room: private bathroom, two closets, great view, hardwood floors, recess lighting.

About me: I am 32 years old. I am a private educator and a musician I work full time and when I’m not working I’m usually studying music, baking, watching a show, listening to music, hiking, or doing something creative. I require having a home that is peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I love to cook, and bake. A dirty kitchen is a pet peeve, so someone who can balance being a busy and doing their best to clean up after themselves is crucial:)

’m friendly and easygoing, but I also value privacy, personal space, and healthy boundaries. I enjoy music, movies, cozy nights in, and having a calm environment to come home to. I also have a very sweet cat, so someone who is comfortable living with a cat is important.

I’m looking for a roommate who has a similar appreciation for cleanliness, consideration, and healthy boundaries. I’m absolutely happy to be friendly and occasionally hang out, share a meal, or chat!

What I’m Looking For

Cleanliness and maturity are very important to me. I’m looking for someone who:
• Keeps common areas clean and picks up after themselves whenever they can
• Is respectful of shared spaces and other people’s belongings
• Is considerate about noise and guests
• Communicates openly and respectfully
• Has a stable source of income
• Understands that maintaining a comfortable home is a shared responsibility
• Values both friendliness and personal boundaries

The 2br apt is around $2800 a month, it would be around $1400 plus utilities which can range $150-$170. We can discuss splitting WiFi!

Moving in: first months rent is approximately $1400 with $500 (split I think) deposit and $35 application fee….no dogs :( 1 year lease.
