Hi! My name is Nate and I’m searching for a roommate in our 2 bed 2 bath spacious first-floor apartment in Hollywood / Franklin Village with lots of natural light.

The apartment has classic 1920s Spanish-style details — arched entryways, high ceilings, and tiled kitchen and bathrooms. The living room also has a projector setup for movies, TV, and video games. Small office space under there stairs. There is one cat in the home, and I’m open to living with another small pet.

The 1200+ sq ft apartment is located in a quiet residential pocket steps from the Hollywood Hills and one block from Hollywood Blvd. Gelson’s, Trader Joe’s, Lazy Acres, and Ralphs all within 1 mile. We're adjacent to Thai Town, Los Feliz, Griffith Park, and West Hollywood, and less than two minutes from the 101. The building has a great long-term community — most neighbors have lived here 6+ years.

My favorite things about the neighborhood: the cool morning air through the windows in spring. The birdsong near the hills. The fresh produce truck that comes around the street a few times a week.

I work full-time in the entertainment industry and mostly work from home, though I usually get out of the house for part of the day. I’m not a big partier and keep fairly regular hours, but I enjoy hosting the occasional movie night or dinner and like using the home as a welcoming place for friends.
