I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom apartment near Warner Bros/Universal/Burbank.

Looking for someone who will stay at least one year.

Available starting March 1st.

No pets or couples. Overnight guests OK 3x a week.

No living room included in this apartment as it as been turned into one of the other bedrooms.

Top floor (third) with elevator access.

No smoking of any kind in the apartment. Odorless vaping OK.

Unit is rent stabilized and the price of the room goes up $50 every August.

Will be requiring a background check + proof of income. Will rent to you regardless of your credit score, just show me proof of income. Internet cost and all utilities (besides electricity) are already included in your rent total. Room comes unfurnished.
