Looking for replacement roommate for a great Los Angeles - Hollywood Hills located apartment. 2 Bedroom apartment is roomy, with bright, open living room and kitchen. Available room has private bathroom and parking is included. Well-maintained, private gated garden patio area and swimming pool is just down the stairs from our 2nd floor apartment. Short walk to shops and hiking.
Previous roommate had to leave due to work/location needs and a qualified replacement roommate is needed ASAP to enter into month-to-month the lease with current tenant.
We are looking for a person with good credit and female only. The current tenant has 2 cats so no dogs please. Half of the rent is $1,377.22. A rental application will be required by the apartment management (Hillside Courtyard Apartments).
