Welcome to my home, tucked away in the desirable and beautiful Hollywood neighborhood of Franklin Village! A true gem! Minutes to everywhere you want to be and at the same time enjoy the neighborhood's quiet tranquility. Just around the corner enjoy the Bronson Hiking Trails to the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park playgrounds, and the famous Bat Caves from the original Batman tv series. Minutes from Franklin Village shops, Gelson's, Trader Joe's, The Oaks Gourmet, Upright Citizen's Brigade for improv, and the Fwy.

This gorgeous, large Spanish style home is shared with 6 young professional people. All are carefully chosen, responsible, down to earth YP's in their mid 20s - early 40s. Home is 4,200 sq/ft so it truly never feels crowded - lots of personal space and tranquility! The right person to move in enjoys living with others, is responsible, respectful, has a positive personality and cleans up after him or herself. This is not a party house or a 420 house.

THE ROOM:
Private, bright and happy unfurnished bedroom w/ large French windows and a walk-in closet in gorgeous Hollywood Hills Spanish-style house. Full Jack and Jill large bathroom is shared with one other person (female, doesn't mind sharing with M or F). Available to move in JULY 7TH for $1,460/mo plus utilities (which range from ~$80-300/mo on average - LADWP charges every other month which is why this is a range from months they don't charge to months they do so it balances out to avg of ~$150/mo). Housemates are all conscious of utilities usage to keep bills reasonable.

THE HOME:
Luxury features of home include a dry sauna, large hot tub, grotto, small swimming pool, stainless steel BBQ, AC, laundry in-house and beautiful, enclosed front terrace (true Hollywood-style perks!). You will be sharing this spacious and elegant, light-filled house with mature young professional people all conscientiously chosen who rent other bedrooms. Common areas include a family room/game room upstairs and the large living room (flooded with natural light) downstairs. The kitchen is remodeled w/ quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and opens out for easy access to the spacious dining room with seating area. High quality furniture/art/etc in all common areas provided by me and well taken care of by housemates. Free street parking adjacent, which is rare to find in LA!
