Private Bedroom and Bathroom next to Runyon Canyon

I’m looking to rent a second bedroom and separate private bathroom in my bright and airy third floor apartment. The room is furnished with a full bed (brand new mattress), nightstand, and dresser. There is a lot of natural light from a big sliding window and a slider to the shared balcony, both with window shades. There’s a large closet directly outside the room with hanging space and shelving. You would have use of the living room dining and full kitchen. The building is in Hollywood Hills West one block from the Fuller St. entrance to Runyon Canyon. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the back of the building and shared laundry room off the lobby. Central AC & heat.

NOTE: If parking is not needed, then rent is reduced to $1525.00/month.

I’m an architect and work four days in the office and at home on Fridays. My workspace is in my bedroom. I’m home most weekdays after work and cook dinner and watch TV usually in my bedroom and occasionally in the living room. On weekends I’m in and out. I’m very easy going and I’ve got a cute dog. So, you need to feel comfortable having him around. Although, his favorite place to hang out is on my bed. Also, I’m a single gay man and am open to male or female, gay or straight.
