Hollywood Hills million dollar view in living room

We are a mixed race couple (latino and white) living in the Hollywood Hills. I am a 25 year old girl who works in the influencer space. My fiance is a 45 year old man who works as a musician. We only drink on holidays and NEVER do drugs. We enjoy cooking in. We are very responsible and respectful. In addition, it is expected that our roommate is very responsible and respectful of us. The kind of roommate we are looking for is someone who is in college having their family pay for rent or a full time professional who has a regular 9 to 5 job. There are no drugs or excessive drinking in this house.

The room includes your own bathroom with a shower. The view outside the window of the room is of another house. The room is super quiet and tranquil. We have been told the room has good energy. In the living room we have two story high ceilings and a pretty epic view of the downtown LA skyline. The view is so pretty that people who come over usually turn it into an Instagram post. Our kitchen is top of the line. We have a WULF oven and a linear compression refrigerator. Our only ask is that we are looking for a female roommate who is clean and organized. In addition, NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. The house is very luxurious so we need to be careful of who has access to it. In addition, I work from home filming content so the living room always needs to be clean. My fiance also works from home but he has a personal office.
