Spare room avail in Laurel Canyon haven

Room available in my laurel canyon home.

The space is a large airy and bright apartment overlooking a beautiful view of the lush green Hollywood hills, (situated by Jim Morrisons former residence!)

The area is well located, just a stones throw from Sunset Blvd (Few min drive / 15 min walk), and the neighbourhood is a really special community! The house is very spacious, very chilled and atmospheric in the evenings. It's really easy to get around from this area, and there is lots of street parking if necessary.

There Trader Joes and CVS etc by Crescent Heights is a few mins drive down the road, and a Whole Foods 7-ish min drive away. Lots of stores, bars, restaurants etc all around too.
The room can come unfurnished if preferred, otherwise it comes furnished with a queen size bed frame, mattress, 2 x cabinets, lamp, built-in wardrobe.

Bills around 150 pcm.
