Located in the Hollywood Hills, a spacious bedroom is available in a 2 bed 2 bath condo. The room is partially furnished and the condo is fully furnished. The extra bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom (on the rare occasion) but will primarily be yours.
In terms of laundry, a washer and dryer is in the unit; in between both bedrooms.
Pet-wise, there is a small, friendly and quiet dog who also shares the space but she will stay out of your room, the bathrooms and the kitchen. If you are looking to move with a dog, I’m open to another dog of a similar size / temperment; provided they get along with mine. But I cannot accept cats as I am allergic.
If you have a car, a covered parking spot (non-tandem) is available. There is also easy access to Bus transportation.
In addition, feel free to enjoy the view of the iconic Hollywood Sign as you make your way, only .2 miles, to the charming market or the delightful cafe.
Overall, it’s a lovely condo in a unique area.
