THE SPACE:
Welcome to the tree house...a fully furnished 2 story, 2 bedroom vintage townhouse in a 2 unit duplex in the Hollywood foothills. It's fantastic... a true home and a rare find in LA. It is beautifully furnished, has wonderful energy, is peaceful, creative, spacious and has million dollar views. Balconies on both floors, two bathrooms (both shared), wood floors throughout, spanish tile in the kitchen, laundry on site shared with only 1 unit. Easy freeway access and central to nearly all of LA. Units like this without the view, go for more than 6K/m. It's a very special find!

Ideal for someone brand new to LA., someone needing an LA home while they are here working or a west coast base for frequent trips, someone in college/grad school or just relocated for a job, someone wanting a lovely home while they are still getting established before they get their own place etc. 

ME:  
I am: Female, work in the entertainment biz. Sometimes I work at home, other times I am traveling extensively for work. I'm a kind, trustworthy, responsible person who is communicative, financially stable, independent but friendly and compassionate, respect boundaries and privacy and look for the same in return.  

Cleanliness, organization and harmony in my home are vital to me, as is being surrounded by beauty (art, nature etc)  - so I look for someone who appreciates the same in their living space.

I've rented a couple of times before and each time I've found a truly fantastic person...someone who was perfect for the space and who the space was perfect for. I hope you are the next great connection!

Looking for someone who matches the energy of the space, who will keep it the creative, inspiring, peaceful place it is.
Full time renters: must work outside of the house.

My last renter used this as his West-coast-base when working here as he traveled back and forth to the east coast, and that worked beautifully for both of us.. would love to find a similar situation that is perfect for both of our needs.

Must have no more than a car load of belongings (space is fully furnished and there is not room for more furniture).   
One person only. 
Non-smoker.
Trustworthy. Respectful, Drug free
Employed/Financially stable, responsible...

We don't need to be friends (though that has always happened in the past), but I insist that every interaction is full of integrity from both of us, so there is no stress in the house and we both always enjoy our time at home and feel safe and relaxed.

RENTAL DETAILS: 
Rent is $2000/m which includes utilities.
Requires first/last months rent and small security deposit upon move in. Credit check and references are required.

-Prefer minimum of 7 month commitment, 12 months is ideal.
-Shorter term would be considered for the right person/situations
-Parking is negotiable. You can have permit street parking on our small street (far easier than most of LA) or pay more for garage access.
