Spacious, cozy room in Hollywood

Hi! Me and my partner are in need of someone to move into our lovely apartment in East Hollywood near Griffith Park. Our current roommate is moving back to the bay area and we are hoping to fill the room by January 1st. However, she has found a place already and can move out if we find someone who is ready to move in sooner.

The room has its own recently refurbished bathroom with lots of closet space. The kitchen has a new gas stove top and oven. Plenty of built in cabinets and doors for storage. Theres a good sized, comfortable shared space that we dont use very much with a decent sized television and classic consoles. The building also has a small gym and laundry room. We live within a short walk from groceries, nightlife, parks, public transportation hubs, and incredible restaurants so its great if you dont have a vehicle but we have 2 gated parking spaces if you do.

We're pretty quiet artists past our party days (Im 39, theyre 32). We're stable and happy here. We love this area and want to share. The room is 1481.92. Utilities will usually be another 150 a month. Feel free to DM or comment. Thanks and I hope to chat with you soon
