Unfurnished Livingroom with Balcony Access, AC and Closet (11ft x 13ft)

A great place to land if you’re new to LA or just visiting for the summer: Available for up to a 6 month rental in a quiet, secure apartment community in a highly central Los Angeles location.

The available space is a semi-private living room/sleeping area within a large one bedroom apartment. You would be renting a curtained off livingroom which will be made private with a heavy curtain. The space has a closet, an in wall AC and can be rented unfurnished or, if preferred, can include the existing furnishings shown in the photos (sofa, coffee table, TV, bookcases) at no additional cost. You will have access to the balcony (faces quiet courtyard), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The private bedroom will be occupied by me and my dog. I plan on traveling often for the summer. A full-size mattress is also available if desired.
