This 1920's stately and elegant Craftsman apartment is set in a beautiful and desirable neighborhood, overlooking Hollywood. The apartment has large windows, hardwood floors, a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, clothes washer and dryer, permit parking (permit provided), lushly landscaped garden, and free high-speed WiFi internet.
The Neighborhood:
You can't beat being within walking distance of some of the hottest and most historic, famous, entertaining, and fascinating locations in the world -- where celebrity sightings are often reported. It is within walking distance of the famous Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards, W Hotel, the world-famous Walk of Fame, Celebrity Wax Museum, Jimmy Kimmel studio, Paramount, Universal, and NBC studios, Planetarium, Sunset Ranch Stables, The Arclight and Mann's Chinese Theaters, Hollywood Bowl, Dolby Theater and Shopping Mall, and so much more. You are also within walking distance of our new state-of-the-art subway line for a quick trip to downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, Koreatown, and Chinatown.
Interaction with Roommate:
I live in the apartment, so I am on hand 24-7 for any service requests or questions. I am a writer, so I work from home much of the time. I cook at home, and love to cook for people. You too, perhaps? I am quiet, in my 50s, and often travel for a day or a week at a time. I like good conversations, hanging out, movies, gardening, walking, hiking, and seeing my daughter in San Francisco. I have no pets.
Getting Around:
All Hollywood sites within short walking distance. And a short walk to the new LA Metro subway stops at Hollywood and Highland or Hollywood and Vine. Close to all major bus lines to Santa Monica beaches, Downtown, etc.
