Private room, private bath(has tub, shower, vanity sink), kitchen, balcony, central air and heat, laundry in the building, roof access, courtyard access, key fob entry into building, security on site, gated parking garage. The apartment in whole is a 2 bed 2 bath. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Your bathroom would also be on your side. I’m in one and you’d be in the other.
