Hi! I’m looking for a great roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split-wing apartment in East Hollywood / Thai Town—centrally located between Hollywood Blvd and Sunset.

About Me:
I’m a sales executive in the cosmetics industry. I’m outgoing and enjoy connecting with people, and I’ll occasionally host—but I’m also very intentional about maintaining a peaceful, clean, and harmonious living environment. I love plants, so the space has a nice, calming vibe.

What I’m Looking For:
Someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who values a comfortable and positive home environment.

The Apartment:
You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the unit for added privacy. The apartment is fully updated with modern flooring, appliances, and a clean, elevated feel throughout. There’s also a balcony, walk-in closets, and access to a rooftop pool with incredible panoramic views of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and Downtown LA.

Parking is included with two tandem spots.
