Looking for some to join us and the stars

Hi y’all! We’re looking for a roommate to join me and my girlfriend in our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in the heart of Hollywood. The apartment is spacious, modern, and has a great open layout with lots of natural light. You’d have your own bedroom (fully furnished) and bathroom, plus access to a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space.

The building (Hawthorn Regency) has great amenities including a fitness center, lounge with free coffee/ hot chocolate, business center, and on site security. We are in a great location — walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and close to transit.

We are working professional in the entertainment/production industry. I keep a busy schedule and travel for projects, so the apartment is generally calm and well-maintained. I’m respectful, organized, and value a clean, comfortable home environment.

I’m easygoing, communicative, and appreciate living with someone who is responsible and considerate. I take pride in keeping the space tidy and peaceful.

We do have two cats who mostly stay in my room — they’re friendly, low-key, and well cared for.
