2 BR 2 BA Franklin Village (Hollywood) apartment | Rent: $1500 | Lease: Year | Move in: Nov .1
Hi! My name is Holly and I'm looking for a roommate for a year-long lease in my Franklin Village apartment. You’ll have a private bedroom and bathroom. I couldn't be more happier about this place. It's in such a walkable and residential neighborhood super close to restaurants, a grocery store, a gorgeous hike. It is such a steal for how renovated and beautiful the space is and it is just the most gorgeous, calm spot!
About the place:
--Rent is $1500 monthly before electricity/wifi (~$50).
--It’s a gorgeous third floor apartment with a really nice balcony and all updated appliances.
--There are AC units in each room, one shared parking space, decent street parking, and cute restaurants / bars nearby. Also the landlord is super nice.
--I have some furniture but we would need to furnish the common room so if you want to bring any or we can find some pieces we love together.
--It's super close to Griffith park, Los Feliz, WeHo, etc. It's technically in Hollywood but Franklin Village feels tucked away and has neighborhood streets.
A little bit about me: I'm 27 from NC and work in film. I'm in the office Mon-Thurs and tend to be out of house a lot but when I am home, I like to relax. I tend to like things on the neater/clean end but am generally pretty chill and as long as everyone in the house openly communicates, then feel like most things can be solved with a respectful convo! When I'm not working, I love to hike/rock climb/dance/watch movies/hang with friends. Would love for this to be a place to occcasionally host dinners or watch parties and really looking for a chill, clean space and place to call home! I enjoy my own time, space, and friends so happy build a solid housemate relationship and go from there!
Please reach out, email, so I can check my messages. I'd love for us to get to know each other as best we can and see if we'd be a good fit!
