Large bedroom in a 100-year-old apartment in an architecturally interesting, historic building with lots of old-world charm. The building is located in the heart of Hollywood within blocks of Hollywood and Vine. It comes with close by shopping, dining, theatres, bars, nightlife and public transportation.
Spacious, vintage two story apartment has high ceilings throughout, furnished common areas with hardwood floors, non-functional fireplace, ballet barre, paneled dining room, 50" flat screen TV, and stereo. The kitchen has tiled walls and ceiling, oven with range, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
The room is unfurnished, with air conditioner and heater, hardwood floors and two small closets.
Rent is $1500 a month with all bills included. Broadband is included too, if your data usage is not over the top (technician, developer, gamer).
YOU: Are a responsible, calm, organized and tidy, employed or student person who: has a job or school outside the home, who is positive and creative, is NOT a partier/drinker, keeps things CLEAN, and free of trash and garbage, considerate, pays rent on time, is honest with integrity, respects the place and things, doesn't have a lot of people traffic or overnight guests. No drugs or drama. No smoking.
ME: I’m a creative, a fashion industry professional who has worked in the entertainment and music industries. I often work remotely from home, mostly on computer. I sometimes sing and play the acoustic guitar, but I’m very respectful and try hard not to disturb others, no all-night jam sessions. I like a cozy, calm home environment without drama. I'm down to earth, emotionally mature, environmentally conscious, I don't smoke, don't drink much, recycle, like dry humor, reading and film, health and fitness, hiking and the outdoors. I understand and feel comfortable with the lifestyle/hours of those who work in creative spaces.
MOVE IN: A security deposit in the amount of $1600 along with your first month rent of $1500.00.
