I am a professional hair and makeup artist working in the film industry. I am looking for a responsible and tidy roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom apartment. I value a clean and organized living space, enjoy cooking healthy meals, and love to work out. On weekends, I often spend time with friends. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, is partially furnished (since I am planning to move out in July-August), and has a shared bathroom. It is ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful, respectful home environment.

There is also the option to take on the apartment with some furniture, including a bathroom vanity, curtains, and lamps.

This is an opportunity to take over the lease. The apartment has central AC, a view from both bedrooms, and is rent-controlled.
