Hi everyone! I just moved out of a great 2bd 2ba apt in Franklin Village (btwn Hollywood and Beachwood Canyon) after living there for 2 years, and trying to help my old roommate fill it before 04/01! Here's his blurb:

There is also an office space in the apartment, my roommate used it previously, open to discussing rent adjustment depending on who uses the space though I’d be happy to take it over.

About Me: My name is Nate, I’m a writer and director currently working remotely full-time with the occasional days on set, but I’m in and out of the apartment a lot during the day. I have a lot of chill nights in with the occasional dinner party or friend over for coffee. My favorite feature of the apartment is our projector setup in the living room.
