Awesome Private Room w/ Closet in Hollywood

Firstly, No cashiers checks or money orders from people in other cities and states. A lot of people do scams that way. Only verifiable payment methods accepted. Though I do prefer someone I can actually meet. I am willing to consider someone from out of state. But a social media profile is a must. All that aside. Hi, my name is Sam. I have a spacious room for rent in the middle of Hollywood. Close to any amenities you could possibly need. We are close to the Redline Station also. We just got new flooring done. We just got a paint job and a New Bathroom Vanity. The apartment is a 2 bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared living areas. The room comes with a Desk, connected to the wall. It also has a closet and windows with drapes. The Rent is $925 a month currently, plus a deposit in the same amount upon move in and returned when departing upon a 30 day notice and no damage done to the apartment. Any damage done, the responsibility to fix it lands on the tenant who did said damage or will be taken out of deposit. There are monthly bills that include The Gas Company and Spectrum Internet. The Department of Water and Power bill is due Bi-monthly, all split 3 ways. Between myself, my other Roommate, who lives in the living room and the person who takes the bedroom. Shared living area chores are cyclical, between us every other week. I’m looking for a laid back and responsible individual who is quite, has a job, is not a heavy drinker, a hard drug user, a thief, criminal, violent or mentally unstable individual. This person should be experienced, living with other people and knows how to find middle ground with those people. A person who knows how to communicate effectively & consistently in situations. About myself, I have lived here for over 10 years. I consider this apt. my home. I am a student studying art and music technology in college at LACC & my roommate Amber works at UPS Corporate. On a side note, I have a Cat, which stays in my room, for the most part. She is friendly, if not scared of other people. So stays in her comfort zones. So if you are allergic to cats and can not deal with a pet in a separate room, this might not be the place for you. I want to find someone who plans to stay long term preferably. If you’re honest, trustworthy, consistent, punctual about rent/bill payments & respectful of my boundaries, we should never have any issues. I will promise to be all the things I request of a roommate, myself as well. If you are interested, texting is most preferable & best way to receive fast response from me. But calling is okay too. Emails may get lost. I will be asking for a social media profile of some kind to verify & do some research, before inviting a person to my home. I’ll be showing the place off in the next week or so.
