They are furnished 98% private bedrooms ( larger bedroom has king size bed, a flat screen, AC and closet / Smaller room has queen-size bed, dresser and walk-in closet ) ….. there’s a washer / dryer in the courtyard ( $2 to wash / $1 to dry ) Only 3 blocks from the Musician Institute and about 10 minutes to Burbank / 10 minutes to West Hollywood

There’s Permit Street Parking AND / OR a monthly garage rental about one block away.
for a monthly fee.( IDK exact fee cost )
